Beautifying Yellow Foods

There’s an important connection between what you eat & how you look & feel. Do you notice that your skin has a tired, dull appearance? One can have aging skin – wrinkles, discoloration, decreased elasticity, acne – at any age nowadays. Due to our increasingly hectic lifestyles & grabbing whatever foods we can get on the go. But what if you could change all that? What if your skin could look vibrant, glowing & healthy? What if, as a result, you could feel abundant energy & face your day from a more relaxed perspective?

Your skin, not just on your face, is your body’s largest organ. You eliminate many toxins through the pores on your skin. When your skin isn’t working properly the toxins build up & this can lead to breakouts, eczema, dry skin, or dry circles. What can yellow fruits & vegetables do for your skin?

They also contain lots of vitamin C! Not only do these antioxidants & vitamin C help maintain healthy skin, they also promote stronger teeth & bones, prevent allergies & promote healing of wounds. In studies it has been proven that these nutrients support your heart, vision, digestion & immune system! As if just healthy skin wasn’t enough! :)
